ADACompliance.net uses Clicky (Clicky.com) analytics enabled on its website.
Outside of information submitted by you (e.g., account creation, email and message inquiries, contact form messages, Stripe payments, creating an account, and other related user submissions), ADACompliance.net only collects anonymized data. Per Clicky:
Clicky’s default setup will not log any “Personal Data”, as the default setup will apply our visitor privacy feature to all of your website visitors:
- Anonymized IP addresses
- No tracking cookies
- Service-wide opt out system
Clicky analytics collects the following information: IP, country, possibly more specific geographic location, user referral source, browser type, pages visited, duration spent on website.
ADACompliance.net also uses Amazon affiliate links to track clicks on links. ADACompliance.net receives no personally identifiable information from this tracking. ADACompliance.net does receive information on products purchased (within 24 hours of the click).
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time by emailing kris@ADABook.com. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Stripe payment information erasure is subject to Stripe’s discretion to the extent we do not control Stripe’s data retention policy.
